What kind of properties do you take on?
Independent hotels, resorts and boutique properties in North India — typically 10 to 60 keys — that are either operational and looking to grow, or pre-opening and looking to launch right.
Do I lose control of my hotel if I partner with AVSA Stayz?
No. Ownership stays with you. We take on management and operations under a contract that spells out decision rights, financial thresholds and reporting — you approve major decisions, we handle daily execution.
How is your fee structured?
Two models — a management fee (as a % of revenue) plus an incentive tied to profit, or a fixed-fee-plus-variable model. We share transparent terms after the on-site visit.
How long does onboarding take?
60 to 120 days typically — audit, refurbishment where needed, staff training, systems installation and a soft-launch marketing push.
What information should I share when I enquire?
Location, room count, current occupancy and ADR (if operational), photos, and whether it's currently self-run or with another operator. The more you share, the sharper our first proposal.
